How you’ll make an impact in this role

Lead and mentor nursing teams by providing real-time direction and education, ensuring every associate is empowered to deliver safe, high-quality patient care throughout the shift.

Optimize unit operations and staffing using independent judgment to align resources with patient acuity, ensuring productivity standards are met without compromising care excellence.

Orchestrate daily patient care assignments by assessing complex clinical needs and matching them with the right expertise to guarantee personalized, population-appropriate treatment.

Champion a culture of service excellence by proactively resolving patient care concerns and managing professional dynamics to maintain a calm, efficient, and therapeutic environment.

Influence talent development and unit growth by providing critical input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing, sustainable clinical team.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  
  

Education

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
  
  

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 2 years NICU experience
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 60 days of hire
• S.T.A.B.L.E within 60 days of hire
